House 2 Home Real Estate respects Diversity and does not discriminate or judge anyone
So......here is the condensed version with questions I'm asked fairly regularly.
Where are you from? I get asked this on a daily basis because I have an accent. Georgia is the reason I talk funny, but I've also lived in Florida and Oregon has been my home since 1996.
How long have you been selling Real Estate? Well, that's a fair question because you want to know if I know what I'm doing. I sold real estate in Florida and now I sell in Oregon. 2005 was when I became licensed in Oregon. So I have years of experience.
How long have you been here? I moved to Oregon in 1996 and to Eugene in 2009 so I'm very familiar with the area.
Do you work with Buyers and Sellers? You bet. I work with buyers and sellers with residential and multi family properties.
What company do you work for? Believe it or not, I do get asked this question. I am the Principal Broker & Owner of House 2 Home Real Estate LLC. So, what this means, is I personally work with all clients.
Why should I use you to help me sell or help me buy? As I'm sure you can tell by now, I'm upfront and forthcoming. All I've ever known is hard work from my very first job, to being a business owner and I've owned several successful business. Shortly after moving to Oregon I received a Contractors license and although I'm now inactive, I've been involved in the building industry for years. Having built, bought and remodeled and sold homes, I have an understanding about properties and what it takes to repair and maintain, which is helpful to clients when we review home inspection reports and especially when negotiating to get repairs done.
One thing to keep in mind when choosing a Real Estate Broker to represent you whether you are buying or selling....try to connect with someone you like, trust and especially someone who can negotiate on your behalf. A good Broker will save you money and help reduce your stress during the buying and selling process.

As a Nashville Tennessee native, Samantha is now pleased to call Oregon Home. Moving around the country multiple times has given her a strong sense of what it means to make a home wherever you go. She got into this career because she loves the excitement of moving, but also understands the stresses involved, and she wanted to help guide people from a place of experience. “Making a home wherever we went was important because it was a safe space… I want to help people achieve that in their own lives,” says Samantha.
Prior to turning her love of big beautiful houses into a career in real estate, Samantha worked in the field of nursing for ten years. From this experience she brings patience, understanding, and the ability to perform under pressure... sprinkled with a bit of southern charm!
In her free time, you will find Samantha at the golf course trying to improve her handicap, or exploring Eugene enjoying the local fare!
