Two months had passed since dad transitioned to long term care home.  Dad could no longer take care of his home. Mutually as a family unit it was agreed upon that the house would be sold.  My older brother, younger sister and I were committed to find the right agent to work with us.  Over the course of a weekend the three of us interviewed six potential realtors around dads dining room table.  With each interview it was becoming clearer which one was a good fit or not.
